
BUILDING USE
The Facilities Management department is tasked with ensuring the proper maintenance and utilization of all District facilities. Our commitment to excellence in facility management supports the overall efficiency and functionality of our operations.
Upon approval of your application, you will receive a Reservation Verification. Until then, access to the specified facilities is not permitted. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. The District has the authority to cancel any facility use agreement without prior notice if a school function or activity requires the use of the facility. Additionally, in cases of severe weather conditions during your scheduled activity, you are expected to adhere to the School Board's policies regarding building use, which may lead to the cancellation of the event. Please be aware that facilities are not available during school sessions. Furthermore, availability outside the regular school year is limited. We recommend consulting the school calendar to effectively plan your activities. Thank you for your cooperation.
