Each of our programs requires a filled out enrollment packet. Packets are available in the Early Learning Center office (located at Northwood Elementary, 600 Edison St., Kalamazoo, MI 49004) or at the links below. The center will work cooperatively with families to enroll the child as quickly as needed for the family.

Childcare/School Age:

1. Completely fill out an enrollment packet for each child:

   • Childcare Enrollment Packet

   • School age Enrollment Packet

2. Turn in the enrollment packet to the Early Learning Center office, FAX it to our main office at (269) 488-1363, or email it to our assistant director, Rebecca Ponitz at rponitz@parchmentschools.org.

3. Speak with office staff regarding your start date, program availability, and tour the center

GSRP Preschool

1. Completely fill out an enrollment packet for each child

2. Turn in the enrollment packet to the Early Learning Center office, FAX it to our main office at (269) 488-1363, or email it to our assistant director at rponitz@parchmentschools.org

3. WAIT to receive a letter in the mail regarding your placement in our program

4. WAIT to receive a contact from your child's teacher setting up a home visit (typically scheduled mid-August).

5. Speak with teaching staff regarding GSRP preschool start date
