The Parchment Innovation Center is an exciting new program designed to provide individualized learning opportunities for all students based on their post secondary interests. Students will collaborate with PIC staff to develop an Individualized Learning Plan based on career interests, goals, and skills. Students will engage in an integrated curriculum that will not only prepare them for post secondary opportunities, but also provide them with experiential job training throughout their high school experience with community business partners in their field of interest.

The Change Agent Experience

The P.I.C model encourages students to constantly challenge themselves in areas of critical thinking and self reflection And apply that knowledge to further their educational experience.

• Students research career interests, collaborate with staff and community partners, and learn new ways of thinking.

• Each student will have an Individualized Learning Plan and use an integrated curriculum.

• Students experience every school subject through the lens of career exploration.

• Our change agents develop 21st century skills to help them secure career exploration opportunities and positively impact their community.
